An old colleague from back in 2009 recently reached out and asked me the question I hear all the time:

“Is now the right time to buy?”

My answer is always the same. It depends on your situation, your needs, your comfort level, and what makes sense for you and your family.

We talked through the process, the costs, where interest rates are hovering, and what he could realistically afford. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just real conversation and genuine guidance.

Because the truth is, the right time to buy or sell is not always about what the market is doing. It is about what you can afford when the need is real, and whether the move makes sense for your life.

Today, he closed on a home in an ideal location for him, surrounded by great amenities, and he is beyond excited to share it with his boys.

This one means a lot. Not because it was a sale, but because I value the relationships I have with my people. Helping someone I have known for years take this next step is exactly why I love what I do.
