Working with Susan definitely was a plus because she always made sure I understood everything while providing me legal options and not locking me into one particular decision. This only was helpful in me not feeling trapped. Overall, I felt Susan provided me with all the legal terminology and understanding while handling my case. She was fair in her decisions and I never left away from a conversation feeling like she didn't care about me as a client.
