No conviction for my client. No felony for my client. After review of the discovery evidence, no choking of anyone or attacking of police actually occurred. I felt horrible for him that this was initially written up like this:

Edward William O’Brien was detained after police said he punched a woman and employee in the face, and attempted to disarm an officer.
