A lot of people have asked about estate planning recently (shocking, I know). Until now, the issue was how to execute any documents that required notarization or witnesses, like medical/financial powers of attorney and wills.

With the signing of the new Executive Order, effective immedietly, we can now witness and notarize documents using video technology, such as Zoom.

We're contining to work (mostly remotely) through all of this, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions; we're here to help.

Email issues have been resolved, but the result has been a move to a new domain. New contact email/web information is as follows:

As an aside, it's apparently industry practice for your domain registrar to let your domain lapse, sell it to someone else, and then offer to broker it back to you for a commission. Moral of the story: keep a current card on file with go daddy because you won't get notice if your card if a charge doesn't go through. Good times!
