Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law

Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law http://www.mjeal-online.org The Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law (MJEAL) is University of Michigan Law School's newest legal journal.

MJEAL is made possible by a generous grant from the Graham Sustainability Institute at the University of Michigan. The Journal publishes articles, student notes, comments and essays on all aspects of environmental law and policy, as well as topics of administrative law that are relevant to environmental law. Environmental law and administrative law strongly complement one another due to the number

of environmental issues that arise in an administrative context. Additionally, general administrative law scholarship will almost invariably have some application in an environmental context. Thus our dual focus is an effort to take a uniquely expansive view of environmental law and its major influences.
