Elizabeth Kitchen-Troop and Katherine Sharkey are both collaboratively trained and proud members of CPIM. Liz finds the collaborative training particularly helpful in her mediation practice.

Elizabeth Kitchen-Troop with Kitchen Sharkey, PLLC is passionate about family law and is trained as a Collaborative Divorce attorney. She believes divorce and custody issues are immensely stressful and yet the agreements or Orders impact the parties and their children for a lifetime. The collaborative model provides a framework to bring in neutral experts such as financial planners and mental health professionals to guide the attorneys and parties to a resolution that works for their family without litigation.
