HIRING - Associate Attorney at Raitt Law, PLLC

We are looking to hire an associate attorney with roughly 2 - 4 years of civil litigation experience to join our practice in Ann Arbor.

Our personal injury practice includes helping families going through wrongful death situations, 3rd /1st party auto, trucking, premise, dog bite, construction, assaults and electrocution injuries.

This role will be responsible for all aspects of handling personal injury cases from daily client communications, pre-suit work ups, drafting pleadings, discovery, drafting summaries/demands, taking and defending depositions, all parts of motion practice, negotiating settlements, trials, etc.

Mentoring is hands on, you won't just be thrown to the wolves. However, you are expected to have some real, practical litigation experience.

Compensation will be commensurate with the experience range listed above, plus performance bonuses and bonuses from personal referrals brought to the firm.

Michigan license in good standing is required
