The primary responsibilities of the position include management or support in the following areas, accounts payable; accounts receivable; payroll; employee benefits; and HR recordkeeping.

Essential skills include, knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications; and familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our law firm’s administrative functions, with a focus on the firm's financial matters. A BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred. Experience in a similar position would also be highly valued.
