Dear FB friends, after the success of our September and October Estate Planning Seminars, we are pleased and excited to offer a new workshop this coming November. The Estate Planning workshop will be hosted by Charmaine Tyler and will take place Sat. Nov 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM, in Quincy, MA. The workshop will give you a basic understanding of estate planning. Specifically, we will talk about how to avoid probate, how to protect inheritances, how to appoint an agent as power of attorney, the basics of a simple will and much more! Welcome Facebook (FB) family to the FB page of Northeast Legal Team. We are excited to share with you our insights and expertise in the areas of: Last Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Asset Protection and Medicaid planning.

We will have small post of relevant content right here on this page. You are welcome to share your thoughts, comments and questions. I will be the primary person who reads them and answers them.

This site is intended to be of an international interest, meaning you don't have to live in Texas, Massachusetts or any particular state to benefit from the information here.

This will be a great place to browse for topics regarding estate planning. I will post small educational items about should you do a will or not, should you have a trust, what kind of trust should you have...etc. I will also take suggestions about items that you're interested in learning about.
