He walked into my open house after spending the day looking on Zillow for a deal. He had already seen quite many homes that day.
The one-bedroom he came to see was just 400 square feet, with a view of the Stop & Shop parking lot. I told him something I truly believe: the best deals aren’t found on Zillow. They’re created by the right search, the right agent, and simply knowing where to look.
Three weeks later, we found something completely different.
A prime location in Kendall Square, Cambridge. 30-foot ceilings. Beautiful original steelwork telling the story of its past as a former sugar factory. A space with character, history, and a little bit of magic.
Now that is what I call a sweet deal—one that ended up becoming a literal home sweet home.
