to know the #1 task sellers struggle with? It’s setting the asking price.

If you sell without the expertise of a pro, you’re likely to price it too high. That’ll turn away buyers, cause it to sit on the market for longer, and ultimately, may require a price drop.

That’s not something you want to happen.

Remember, if the price isn’t compelling, it isn’t selling. So, let’s work together to find the pricing sweet spot.

This is Jake’s story:
In 2020, Jake was convinced that buying a house was a bad idea due to the high prices.
In 2024, he remains convinced that it's still not a good time to buy due to the high interest rates.
Even in 2040, Jake is still waiting for prices and interest rates to drop before making the investment.
Lesson: Don't be like Jake.
