I grew up in Anaheim Hills and attended Orange Lutheran High School, where I excelled as a student-athlete. I earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Washington for football (Linebacker and Special Teams) and competed against the top teams in the country. As a competitive athlete, I developed strong discipline and work ethic to win. Today, I still apply this mindset to my life and business. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, spending time with my family, and volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I've visited twelve countries on five continents. I've hiked Mt. Baldy, El Cajon Mountain, Mount San Jacinto, and many other peaks in Southern California. Currently, I'm getting into backpacking and plan to spend more time in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Starting with this… ➡️ and ending with this.

Three days before closing escrow, the building was broken into and heavily damaged. After 6+ months of work, the deal suddenly hit a major obstacle at the finish line.

We secured the property, coordinated repairs, negotiated seller credits, and kept the deal moving forward.

Dead space became income.

A client leased 41,000 SF, but didn’t need 6,500 SF of office space. Instead of carrying unused square footage, we found a subtenant and created roughly $200,000 in additional income over the term.

Just leased!

Deal story: It was crucial for my client to keep a smaller footprint for US customers after relocating a large portion of their manufacturing to Mexico. 5555 Ontario Mills was identified as the solution. In this deal, some of the existing offices were converted into production spaces, saving my client money and time. Furthermore, we negotiated a lease commencement date for the end of 2024, allowing my client to move in slowly, process permits, and not pay rent for quite a while.
