Love this!!! From the awesome people at 1000 Watt
We've seen a spike in “Is now a great time to buy?” marketing.
The answer implicit in these emails and social posts is “well, as a matter of fact it is!”
This is the wrong answer, at least at the level of marketing.
The right answer is this:
“It depends. Prices and rates remain high, even though the number of homes for sale is increasing. Whether or not it’s a good time for you depends on your desire and your financial picture, both of which are complex and should be carefully considered.”
People can not only handle the truth, they crave it. Our research with consumers demonstrates this over and over again.
The truth is the best script. Always.
