Read the quote and let me know if I should say more -
"According to a Small Business Association Office of Advocacy report, the cost of litigation for small firms can range anywhere from $3,000 to $150,000. And it's not uncommon, in fact, a poll found 43 percent of small-business owners reported having been threatened with or involved in a civil lawsuit."

I have been a lawyer for almost 17 years and have been focusing primarily on business litigation and trial practice. Often, clients approached me either when the disputes have passed the point of no return, or they were served with a Summons and Complaint notifying them that they have been sued.
Afterward, these clients step into an adversarial legal process which basically leaves you two options: Either kill or be killed.🔥
As a result, litigation does not generally make business sense, and thus, many business owners dislike lawsuits. 🙁
I totally understand.
They are not only costly but also throw your business into a tailspin and you can only hope it will come out ok.
You would be better off to invest the same amount of money in your business instead.
The worry and fear of the unknown also create a lot of stress and anxiety, which often clouds your decision-making process.
If you feel that way, it is not a good sign and cannot uplevel your business making ability now.
It’s like having stepped onto the brake while working hard to move your business forward.
That is not a good sign and uprooting those potential problems now should be your immediate priority.
A better way is to take care of the problems when the tell-tale signs start showing up now before they pass the point of no return.
👉Join me on July 15, 2019, at 12 pm PST. I will show you how to have certainty in an uncertain business environment so you can operate your business without fear or worry, and the process I use to help my business clients to minimize legal threats, fix loopholes that will cause problems, and come up with future-oriented solutions. We will also have an in-depth Q & A at the end.

Because I want to keep this presentation interactive, I am limiting it to the first 25 attendees, so space is limited.
Also, if you are one of the first 10 business owners who sign up, you will have an option, if you sign up now, to get a business evaluation from our office FOR FREE. The evaluation will consider where you are, where you want to be, and identify the gaps, as well as what we can work on to narrow the gap.
We normally charge $1,250 for this evaluation. Because there is significant time involved on both of our ends, I will need to charge you $600 and return the money back to you when you have completed the questionnaire and met with me over the Zoom to go over my analysis.
I want to make sure these 10 spots are given to committed business owners, and I only have 10 spots open, on a first come, first served basis.
When was the last time you get a free analysis from an attorney? That's right. So don't miss out!
You have nothing to lose but a whole lot of valuable information to gain on how to position your business on solid ground.
