We got this one wrong early on. We assumed custom weighting meant a long quiz, question after question before you'd get anything useful.

Turns out that was overengineering it. We still need your input, the data doesn't mean anything until it knows what matters to you, but the actual process takes a fraction of the time we thought it would. Weighting is live now, and it's fast.

Most moving advice assumes you already know the area. School ratings, "up and coming" tags, even a realtor's gut read, all built for someone moving a few miles, not a few thousand.

If you're relocating long-distance, none of that local intuition exists yet. Check the block at a different time of day than your one visit if you can, look at the actual commute at rush hour instead of a map estimate, and weigh what matters to you specifically instead of a generic score everyone else gets too.
