FELONY CHARGE DISMISSED

From today’s front page of The Chronicle-Telegram:

“The judge found that authorities hadn’t met the probable cause standard for every element of felonious assault.”

After an extensive preliminary hearing, the felony charge against our client, Adam Boey, was dismissed.
