My legal firm has been meeting the real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Western New York since the founding of my firm in 2007. The laws governing real estate transactions can be complex. As an experienced real estate attorney, I have extensive knowledge of the laws governing real estate transactions.

I offer an experienced staff that possess integrity and a strong work ethic to assist our clients in all their real estate needs. It is our mission to give clients the personal attention they deserve. Appointments are available to all clients who wish to review their contracts in person. Whether they are a first time home buyer or a seller “downsizing” their existing home, I will be sure that the contract signed protects their interests.

We also represent many lenders as Settlement Agent. Having an attorney that is representing both the homebuyer/borrower and the lender streamlines the process and simplifies communication between the parties. When we have dual representation of the lender and the client, a discounted personal attorney fee is offered.
