The Ybarra Legal Group is an aggressive team of litigators with a track record of delivering results. With decades more courtroom experience than most other law firms, including hundreds of jury trials, the Ybarra Legal Group never shies away from legal combat. The Ybarra Legal Group is committed to providing top quality legal services while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and integrity. The Ybarra Legal Group was founded by Daniel Ybarra who graduated cm laude with a bachelors degree in International Business Management from Woodbury School of Business at UVU and subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. The firm began when Daniel was admitted to practice as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in the Supreme Court of the State of Utah and in the United States District Court of Utah. Business picked up quickly with Rodwicke Ybarra J.D., an extremely experienced, talented, and reputable Attorney who has worked for over 30 years as Deputy District Attorney, began acting as a mentor to Daniel. The firm has represented clients and provided legal advice for a variety of cases including Criminal defense, Child S*x Crimes, Divorce and Family Law, Contracts, Civil Litigation, Wills and Trusts, Debt Collection, Property law, Land Lord/Tenant, Corporate law, Insurance Claims, etc... In October 2012 the firm opened a new office in Orem, UT where each of its Attorneys have beautiful facilities to work in and meet with clients. The firm began its re-branding January 2013 by creating a new logo and website.
