When you have to meet an inspector at a house but also have lessons to teach in the afternoon, you bring the horse with you.

For everyone asking - Yes I still do Real Estate, Yes I still make my clients a priority. And YES you need a horse/country realtor to sell your horse/country property. There are so many nuances to buying & selling non-city properties. Find a realtor that knows it like the back of their hand. Being a pro-rider/trainer and living in the country myself these are things that are second nature.

So yes I might from time to time have to bring a horse trailer to meet you or someone else at your property but just know I will be there.
