Property Maintenance Technician – Hillside Estates
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Property Maintenance Technician for a privately owned 66-unit luxury duplex and townhome community located in Hillside Estates.
This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and consistently complete daily responsibilities.
We maintain a positive, professional work environment and value those who contribute to it. We provide top tier compensation along with paid holidays and PTO.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm
Must be available for after-hours and weekend emergency calls as needed.
Responsibilities include:
• Daily property maintenance and upkeep
• Timely completion of work orders
• Unit turns and preparation for new residents
• General plumbing and electrical repairs
Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
