We have been having an Amazing Year this year at the Balderrama Law Firm.
On October 7th, 2024 was able to secure a NOT GUILTY on a 6 days murder trial with the Assistance of my Co-Counsel Tracie Reilly, in Potter County.
July 2024 tried a 2x Agg Assault case with Co-Counsel Lakeshia Walton in Hutchinson County and got 2 years with probation on 1 of the charges, and Misdemeanor on the other, with fine only. The states lowest offer was 10 years prison and wouldnt even entertain the idea of probation.
June 2024 tried a Possession Of Ma*****na V**e (felony) case in Potter County to a Hung Jury in a 2 day trial.
