Brazoria County is losing the State's oldest Court that has been in existence for 183 years. The 23rd District Court covers Brazoria, Matagorda and Wharton Counties.
Brazoria County is planning a $70 million dollar expansion of the present courthouse, so space for the 23rd District Court cannot be an issue.
Brazoria County only pays 8% of the Judge's salary, so money cannot be an issue.
So why does Brazoria County Commissioner's Court want to do away with the 23rd District Court and Judge Hardin, a Judge of 24 years who spends 75% of his time in Brazoria County?
Please share so that this gets out to all of the citizens of Brazoria County.

If you die without a Will, you cannot choose who will inherit your money, real estate, property, belongings, your "estate”. Instead, your estate will be divided according to Texas law. Without a Will, your estate could be tied up in a lengthy, expensive administration process involving a court-appointed attorney, filing fees, and a court hearing—all paid for with money taken out of your estate.
With a will, YOU get to decide what happens to your property. The person you choose (“executor”) sees to it that YOUR property is distributed the way you intended.

Call us today and make an appointment so that our 50+ years of experience can help you plan what happens to your estate. 281-331-5288
