Growing up on a farm in Greer County, Rafe spent many hours of his youth on a tractor and filled his spare time with the adventure of the great outdoors. After graduating from Western Oklahoma State College and Oklahoma State University, he earned a Juris Doctorate at O.C.U. His career started as a prosecutor at the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office, in Oklahoma City. Rafe and his wife ch
erished the memories of home, and wanted to raise their children near family. They returned to Southwest Oklahoma, where he has continued to practice law since 1997. Rafe is an active member of his community and to this day enjoys farming, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children in their many activities.
