On October 21, 2020 my husband was falsely accused by our neighbor's teenage daughter of being drugged and sexually assaulted. Despite having numerous pieces of evidence, including her history of threatening and accusing other people of sexual assault, that this could not have possibly happened, he was found guilty on Nov 22, 2022 and sentenced for four years in prison. We were steam rolled by a d

erelict detective and assistant prosecutor who were more concerned about advancing their careers than about protecting the innocent. We want to get our case out in the open so no other families can be destroyed not just by this girl, but by other people like her and by a system designed to allow something like this to happen. This is what happens when you begin by believing and don't bother investigating and ignore all the red flags.
