To all my Valued Customers, I am writing this letter to announce some changes concerning the business practices here at Spring Cove Notary & Services. When I first opened the notary in the fall of 2019, I promised to be open and transparent with all of my customers in the last few months. I have been experiencing some personal difficulties in my personal life along with health concerns which has led me to make some difficult decisions concerning the business practices conducted here. Beginning April 12, 2022. We will reopen on July 11, 2022 for any Penn dott work that needs to be completed. I have applied to take a three month leave of absence from the Pennsylvania department of transportation, which will cause some disruption in some of the services that we offer here, during this leave of absence we will not be able to process any car, motorcycle, motorhome, or boat, four wheeler titles we will still be able to help you process lost titles for any vehicles including boats, trailer etc in addition to any single boat transactions, in addition to completing power of attorney, wills, refinance documents or deeds in addition to single or multiple notarization documents .One of the services that we seemed to strive on is our traveling \ notary services for transferring vehicles but during this time we will not be able to provide that service to our customers and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, during this time we will also be looking at the policies concerning this matter and making any changes according to the Pennsylvania department of transportation and we are here to ensure you that we will be able to accommodate you however we can. During this difficult time, we will also be operating with revised in office appointments which will be located at the old Simington plaza 1216 Pleasant Valley Blvd, suite 210, which will be Tuesday through Friday 10am-4pm, with Saturdays 9 am- 1pm. We will also be ceasing hours at the Roaring Spring office and be open by appointment only at some point down the line, we will be ceasing operations there and meeting at local places in the area or traveling to your homes to do any necessary paperwork. We will still be continuing to do the travel notary for all other documents, such as mortgage refinance documents, etc. Once again, we apologize to all of our loyal customers that this inconveniences and disrupts over the next few months but feel free to contact me with any questions concerning any paperwork issues, we also still offer our 24/7 notary services to your homes/hospitals bank or any business that is in need of a notary I can also renew any registrations as well or update your drivers license just give me a call, and I sincerely apologize again.
Thanks,
Joshua Bridges Emeigh
