Starting this week we are now critically short staffed. If we do not get some animals either into foster or adoptive homes or get some volunteers , we will have just enough people to maintain kennel and kennel only. No meet and greets, events, administrative work. Just simply keeping kennels cleaned, and cats and dogs happy and fed.

We desperately need volunteers to help us with day to day activities and we need this on a daily basis! We’re there from 9-1 daily. Come walk dogs, help clean cat kennels, do some dishes, etc. you don’t have to stay all day and you don’t have to come every day. Any help is better than no help!

We have a very pregnant mama dog, who is in need of a soft cozy place to have her babies. We’re not exactly sure how far along she is but think it could be any day to maybe a couple of weeks before she pops and we would really like for her to be in a foster home and not at our facility.
Please message us if you might be interested in fostering a momma dog through birth and nursing of her babies. All supplies are covered by us!

It’s looking like this might be our last rummage sale.

Unfortunately today we made just enough to make back the amount we’ve spent putting this together. The last rummage sale also barely broke even.

We can’t seem to figure out what works in our area. We’ve done over a dozen local fundraisers this year and only 2 brought in enough to cover the cost of the fundraiser plus additional funds for our mission.

We will be out here tomorrow and we desperately need to get everything sold so that we don’t have to continue storing it and moving it around with us when we move out of here.

Tomorrow from 7-3 we will be out here. Please come show your support!

This sweet puppy was dumped and left alone 💔 and is now in urgent need of a foster or adopter. Pup will be going to the vet on Monday for a full checkup, but right now what’s needed most is a loving, safe home to keep them out of danger.
