Love when we get an appraisal back at value but it is marked up with LOOK tags all over it. New for FHA we have to have all paint chips painted and anything that looks like poor workmanship corrected

FHA buyers might just wanna start looking at new houses since the appraisers are going to not pick every corner of the house.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen come back on an appraisal.

And the dented garage door that works perfectly is up to the lenders discretion if they want it replaced or not.

So AS-IS does not mean AS-IS anymore, get out your paint brush and start touching up
