Some people didn't realize minimum wage in Florida has increased recently by 10%. For some, this could mean a change to child support especially if the calculations were based on minimum wage from several years ago.

Overall very good condition. All drawers and doors work, 2 keys, dark cherry color.

Hutch: 71 inches from floor to top of hutch
Return is 4 feet. Return can be completely removed. Return can be installed on the left or right side.
The depth from the front of the desk to the rear of the hutch is 105 inches (with the return installed)
