She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science with honors from Kennesaw State University and her law degree from John Marshall School of Law. Prior to founding the law firm of Jahn & Malas, L.L.P., Ms. Malas served as an associate at the Reeder Law Firm in Alpharetta, Georgia, where she practiced in the areas of family law and child support enforcement for the State of Georgia. as also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate at the Fulton County Juvenile Court and as a volunteer with the Fulton County Domestic Violence Assistance Program. During law school, Lisa completed an internship with the Fulton County Office of the District Attorney. Malas was appointed to serve as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia, representing the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services in five metro Atlanta counties and she currently serves in this capacity. She resides in Alpharetta, Georgia.
