I am so very proud of this young man! He has gone through this recruiting process with no help from me or his dad. He wanted this to be “his thing” and let me tell you…it truly is “His thing”! God gave you this talent and I pray you use it to grow His kingdom! , you are beyond your years in maturity and I could not be more proud of you for getting to this point! What can I say about this one? To say I thoroughly enjoyed working with and would be an understatement! This one has been quite the ride, but I am so thrilled for my sweet clients on the sale of their 9 acre property in Suwanee!

After going through a four month inspection period with the buyer backing out last minute due to financing, we were able to secure a new cash buyer within 5 days and close two weeks later🎉

As hard as it was for them to let go of property they had owned for 30+ years, they are thrilled that a sweet family purchased it to build their dream estate. God truly has his hand in everything and this could not have had a better ending for my clients 💕
