Last week, the Furnas County Commissioners appointed Justin to another four-year term as Public Defender! It's an honor for our office to have the opportunity to continue to serve the citizens of Furnas County in the pursuit of justice and protection of individual rights.

📣 It’s Tax Time!!!! 📣

Important taxpayer deadlines:
- 1099 forms must be sent by 1/31/26 (our office will not process any after 5pm 1/27/26);
- 1065 and 1120S Returns are due to IRS before 3/15/26;
- 1040 and 1120 Returns are due to IRS before 4/15/26.

Be sure to mind your deadlines and communicate with us early and often with any questions or concerns!
