KingSpry is proud to welcome Attorney Joseph A. Zator II, and the entire Zator Law team who joined KingSpry today.

Attorney Zator is the founder of Zator Law, and is based in Allentown. He focuses his legal practice in the areas of real estate and commercial law, business and real estate transactions, zoning, subdivision, land use litigation, condominiums and planned communities, tax assessment appeals, landlord/tenant matters, title insurance, banking and finance, municipal law, and more. He serves, or has served, as solicitor of several townships and authorities, and served as an attorney in the Army’s Judge Advocate Generals’ Corps after a decade of active duty. A graduate of West Point, he earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law.
The Zator team will continue to operate from the American Heritage Building at 4400 Walbert Avenue in Allentown. Moyer notes, “Having a second location in Allentown broadens our footprint, as well as opportunities for office space and client meetings.”
