Lahoud Law Group, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Nicolo “Nico” Baratta to our team, enhancing our litigation and criminal defense capabilities.

Nico Baratta is a seasoned trial attorney and former prosecutor with nearly a decade of courtroom experience. A lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, he has earned a reputation as a dedicated advocate and skilled litigator.

Before joining Lahoud Law Group, Nico distinguished himself in the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office, where he advanced to Senior Deputy District Attorney. He managed a variety of serious criminal cases, including homicide, attempted homicide, robbery, drug trafficking, and fi****ms offenses, from preliminary hearings to jury trials.

His prosecutorial background includes significant involvement in complex search and seizure litigation as part of the Drug Unit, providing him with a strategic understanding of constitutional criminal procedure that he now applies in defending clients against serious charges.

Nico holds a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College (2012) and a J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law (2017). His legal training involved experience with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where he gained valuable courtroom experience and achieved early litigation success.

At Lahoud Law Group, Nico focuses on criminal defense, criminal-immigration, and litigation, bringing the same intensity and trial-readiness that characterized his prosecutorial career. His mission is to support individuals during their most challenging times and provide aggressive, results-driven representation.

Nico is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and he actively participates in the Lehigh County Bar Association.
