In the month of October there were 12,604 new homes listed for sale in North Texas. In addition to the homes listed in October, there is 4.2 months of home inventory which is an eye-popping increase of 121% from October of last year!!!​​​​​​​​

The WHY. Why do you want to sell your home?​​​​​​​​

I always ask my clients this question and in my Seller’s Guide I’ve even created a space for them to journal this out with a couple of prompts.✍️​​​​​​​​
