So I have really exciting news! I love my job and am always looking for ways to improve my skills and increase my education. Over the years I have studied and earned many designations, Master Certified Negotiations Expert, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, ePro and At Home With Diversity. Over the last few years I decided to take the classes necessary to apply for my Associate Broker's License. I passed the exam and now have an Associate Broker's License! With that I could open a real estate brokerage, or manage an office for the great company I work for, Coldwell Banker Realty. I love being a residential sales specialist and have no plans to change that. But now I'm a very highly educated Residential Sales Specialist! Among the classes I took were Real Estate Law, Real Estate Office/Brokerage Management, RE Finance, RE Investment, Residential Construction, Valuation of Residential Property. So...when you need a Real Estate Agent, consider me, I now bring even more to the table!

I was speaking with a woman today who knows she will sell her home in the future, she's not ready yet. She said "I have your face on my refrigerator!" It made me wonder....how many of my friends have my face on your refrigerator? And if not, why not?!?!?
