✨ Just sold!✨
My client bought this home with me 3 years ago, and when she decided to relocate out of state, we thought selling would be straightforward… but life (and lenders!) had other plans. 😅
Even with the market slowing down toward the end of the year, we still secured a well-qualified buyer and an offer over asking price within a month. A huge win on its own — but this deal didn’t come easy.
Challenge after challenge, delays, and so many moving pieces behind the scenes. I consulted multiple professionals, navigated constant surprises, and worked through obstacles one by one until we finally saw the finish line.
I actually meant to share this closing last week, but the tragic fire in my hometown shook me deeply and I needed time to pause, breathe, and gather my thoughts. It reminded me how quickly life can change, how important “home” truly is, and how grateful I am for clients who trust me with such meaningful chapters of their lives.
And finally — we closed. A giant weight lifted.
My client can now move forward, focus on her new life out of state, and no longer stress about next month’s mortgage or property tax.
And yes… even while I was on vacation in Japan, I managed the time difference, stayed up late for calls, and handled everything needed to push this to the finish line. ✈️🇯🇵
