Imagine with me...you’re waking up on the one month anniversary of you buying your new home…
There are still a few boxes in the garage left to unpack, but your home feels so cozy already.
You pour yourself a cup of coffee and sit on the back patio and watch the birds fly overhead, and you think to yourself, "How did I get to be so lucky?"
Now, friend, let's rewind a few months so I can remind you, none of this has to do with luck.
You did your homework, you took all the right steps, and that's what led you to this place.
You saved your money, you reached out to an agent and a lender you trusted, and you were patient, waiting for the right house at the right time.
It probably felt so far away from you then, this reality of waking up in the home you love, but you made it happen!
Maybe you're on the other side of the dreaming phase and you're already in the home you worked so hard for. I hope you spend your days in that home enjoying everything about it.
But maybe you're on this side of that picture...still waiting, still wondering, still doubting owning a home you love could be a reality for you.
