✨ Team Member Tuesday! ✨

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Meredith Smith, an important part of our Clayton Homes Alcoa team! 🏡💙

Meredith joined our team in May 2025 as a Processor, bringing an incredible amount of experience with her. Before joining Clayton, she spent 10 years working in the mortgage industry and 17 years in the student loan industry. Needless to say, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to everything she does!

One of Meredith’s favorite parts of her job is getting to be part of such an exciting milestone in people’s lives. She loves helping customers reach their goals and dreams of becoming homeowners and getting to play a role in helping make those dreams a reality. 🏠❤️

Outside of work, Meredith loves spending time outdoors… especially boating and camping! 🚤⛺️ She also has quite the equestrian background. She grew up riding hunter jumpers before eventually getting involved in rodeo, which is such a fun part of her story! 🤠🐴

We’re so grateful to have Meredith as part of our Clayton Homes family. Her experience, knowledge, and heart for helping people make her such a valuable part of our team! 💙

Be sure to give Meredith a warm welcome in the comments! 👋🏼🏡

✨ Team Member Tuesday! ✨

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our Home Consultants, Danielle Rogers! 🏡💙

Danielle joined the Clayton Homes Alcoa team in September 2024, bringing a unique background and a variety of experiences with her. Before joining Clayton, she worked in the service industry, cared for livestock, and even spent time as a homeschool teacher. Those experiences have helped shape the genuine, personable approach she brings to helping families find their new homes.

One of the things Danielle loves most about being a Home Consultant is getting to know her customers on a personal level and building relationships with them throughout the entire home-buying process. She truly believes that her customers become like family, and she loves being there to celebrate each step of their journey toward homeownership. 🏠❤️

Outside of work, you can usually find Danielle enjoying a round of golf, strength training, or spending time with her pets and family. 🐾⛳️💪🏼

We’re so thankful to have Danielle as part of our Clayton Homes family and can’t wait to see all the families she continues to help along the way! 💙🏡
