I had an amazing day earlier this week helping this lovely grandmother adopt her 3 grandchildren. The kids are sweet, loving and devoted to their Grandma. Her care and commitment to these children is a true example of love and I’m so blessed to be a part of this experience.

Happy Grandparents Day!
I have found that many people in Tennessee misunderstand, whether or not grandparents have visitation rights under the law. Depending on the specific circumstances, the law will recognize and allow grandparent visitation.
I recently tried this type of case in a neighboring county where I represented the grandparents and the mother of the children had cut off all contact between the grandparents and the grandchildren. The case was challenging, difficult and took time, but, we recently received the decision of the court and we won and my clients will now be able to see their sweet grandchildren.
