For safety, our team is working from home Tuesday and Wednesday, January 16-17! We will be responding to calls and emails during this time but the office is going to be closed until at least the temps come back up and ice/snow have melted.

Usually we keep things light and encouraging here but today is Mother’s Day and the truth is, there are a lot of things that make this day hard.

✨Mom’s ✨make our world go around, without them, there would be no next generation. No life can come without a woman. But our world is filled with Mom’s and Dad’s who are filling the shoes of both, not out of choice but out of need.

Grandparents stepping in to raise babies because their parents are can’t seem to get it together. Foster and Adoptive parents stepping up to bring children into their home, many times because their parents have a substance abuse problem. We see this in our office, everyday.

Today is a day to celebrate all of those who are filling in the gap for Mother’s who are missing, no matter the reason. ❤️ You have stepped into a role that is needed and your impact will be forever remembered in the hearts of those children. What you’ve chosen to do matters more than anything else on this planet.

🌈Adoptive parents, you have legally taken the role of Mother or Father. There is power and authority in that role. We celebrate you for your sacrifice and your yes to these children you didn’t birth. What a beautiful honor it is to become parents to those who needed it.

Today though, being Mother’s Day, we want to encourage those of you who have given life to children that you no longer know or have relationship with to be better today. Decide that you matter to your children and yourself, be better for them. Go to rehab, get into therapy, make amends.

Our society needs Mother’s. Your children need you, your spouse needs you, your ex needs you and even the broken government system needs you to be the Mom you were designed to be. They are not better off without you. 💖

We celebrate the role of life giver today. You did a beautiful thing bringing that baby into the world, do another beautiful thing and be there for your babies. 💜 We are here for those of you that are fighting. We pray for you today and honor all the mixed roles you’re filling. May we all be better for the children 🙏 Happy Mother’s Day 💝
