We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of the Coldwell Banker Legacy Commercial Division! We are incredibly honored to have Nikki Bronstorp CCIM MBA, step into the role of President to lead this incredible venture.

A huge thank you to Brian Steudle, our company owner, for his continued faith and trust in our team, and our new commercial division.

We have an exceptional team in place, and we are so proud of the talent, dedication, and expertise they bring to the table. Together, we are ready to deliver outstanding results and elevate commercial real estate services in our community.

Instead of using “Just Listed,” let’s invite potential buyers to imagine their dream home!

How about we say:

“Worth Canceling Your Weekends Plans For”

Or, “Step Inside and Meet Your Next Address!” Or, "The One You'll Regret Skipping"

Using inviting phrases sets the tone for an exciting journey in real estate. Each listing is a new opportunity to create memories and make dreams come true!

If you're ready to start your journey in finding the perfect home, we at CBL Paseo are here to help every step of the way. Let's connect and make your real estate dreams a reality!

Rise and Shine REALTORS®

A day in the life of a CBL REALTOR® starts with coffee, aka super fuel! ☕️ After a caffeine boost, it’s time for meetings where we brainstorm strategies and connect with fellow brokers and teammates to keep momentum in the market. Then, you guessed it—more meetings!!

Make sure to check out MLS and farm those highly desirable areas for your clients next dream home. That SOI isn't going to grow itself. Then our personal favorite, showings, where we get to showcase amazing properties and see the spark in clients eyes!

But wait, contracts awaiting DocuSign! Whether it’s offers or negotiations, each contract is treated with exceptional attention to detail. Cross the T's and dot the I's.

After a busy day, we take a moment to give thanks for all the wonderful clients we get to work with.

Keeping our CBL team connected, inspired, and moving forward.

Let's find your dream home. We've got this.
