The page is staying up, we want you to know we're still here, still working for justice for those who need it. But with so much noise on sites like these, we just don't feel like adding to it.

Well, almost accurate. The recognized duty is to not sell gasoline to someone when the vendor has specific knowledge of intoxication and intent to drive. The fight to impose responsibility on those who enable intoxicated driving in our state continues.
