I’ve finally come up for air! 💨 I had the recent experience of actually being on the true “buy-side” of a transaction as a buyer and let me tell you, 📣 I have a deep respect for what buyers go through and what lenders do behind the scenes to make $h*t happen! This process is more than meets the eye 👁️! Now I have a first hand perspective and deep understanding of why there can be moments of “crazy” when a buyer calls and is off the rails! Lenders do a good job of protecting buyers from the insanity behind the scenes and of what magic🪄 they must perform to make a deal work . Communication is key 🔑 to get the 🔑🔑 to the house! 😂
