A member of the ULI Airport Product Council and founding member of ULI New Mexico, our own Sr. VP and Principal Bob Feinberg recently attended the ULI Fall Meeting in Las Vegas where leaders and colleagues from every sector of the real estate market connected and learned about emerging trends, insights and issues impacting the industry.

Of special note were inspiring keynotes by renowned author and leadership expert Simon Sinek, a special live performance and talk by singer-songwriter and mental health pioneer Jewel and a special trends session on real estate development opportunities at airports.

The Feinberg Jones team represents Chuze Fitness in New Mexico and West Texas and is pleased to share this El Paso, Texas news!

37-year-old EP Fitness clubs is being bought by California's Chuze Fitness chain. This is the company’s first acquisition and company officials are considering other acquisitions as a way to grow faster, Cory Brightwell, Chuze co-founder and chief executive officer, said. Brightwell and four other family members own Chuze.
