The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld birthright citizenship. 🏛️

In a 6-3 decision in Trump v. Barbara, the Court struck down Executive Order 14160, reaffirming that children born in the U.S. are citizens under the Fourteenth Amendment's Citizenship Clause. We've broken down the ruling and the timeline that led to it on our blog.
