🎯Our attorneys recently secured a significant victory in the Albany County Commercial Division, successfully representing a commercial tenant in a complex lease dispute.

The Court upheld our client’s contractual rights under its original lease, reinforcing the value of well-drafted, strategic commercial lease agreements.

Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC secured a favorable summary judgment ruling for its client, Bestpass, Inc., in a commercial lease dispute before the Albany County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
