🍳 A new brunch spot is coming to Meridian, and it’s already planning a second location!

Over Easy, an Arizona-based brunch favorite, has filed permits to move into the former Blaze Pizza space at The Village at Meridian. Co-owner Ryan Field says it’s aiming to open in early 2027, with a second location at The District at Ten Mile to follow.

🥐 What’s on the menu?

Think banana nut French toast, golden waffle dogs, and a Monte Cristo, all made from scratch.

🧇 The restaurant has even been featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” and TLC’s “Best Food Ever.”

The Village spot will feature a big patio with an indoor-outdoor bar, and the team hopes to cover at least half of it for year-round seating. ☀️❄️

More locations could be on the way, though nothing is set yet.

Over Easy joins a long list of newcomers at The Village, which is expanding by more than 100,000 square feet with names like Apple, Pottery Barn, Capital Grille, Postino, and Paris Baguette. 🛍️
