Today morning, NETPIL Health Rights & Disability Rights thematic working groups led by the Vice Chair of the Advisory Committee - Barbara Lamara, petitioned Parliament through the LoP on the matter of a delayed Appointment of a Commencement Date for the Mental Health Act. Hon. Betty Aol Ochan promised to support and push for this cause before the 10th Parliament closes its business.
