The Nkumba University Law School Netball Team emerged the victors in the 5th Uganda Law Students Sports Gala at the international University of East Africa on Friday.

They won 10 Gold medals and a trophy which they handed over to the Acting Dean. Csl Nabalende Witness.

The Fight for the best Law School Champion in the Prof. Kakooza Tournament was a success with LLB Three taking on the day!

The Tournament was graced by the Nkumba University Vice Chancellor, Prof Jude T Lubega , His Worship Baguma Alex, Director Kampala campus, Mr. Bbosa Sulaiman and the President Nkumba University Law Society/Uganda Law Students Association President.
The Tournament aimed at commemorating on the great works of the Late Professor Kakooza who started up Nkumba University Law School and the winners of the Tournament went home with a Bull.

Earlier in September the Parliament moved a motion for the Nkumba University Law Society Constitutional Amendment . The Speaker advised Class Representatives and other Honourables to go back and make a scrutiny into this bill.

Other Activities conducted included the Nkumba University Law Society President Mwanje Gideon escorted by his Vice President - HE Faith Nabakooza address to Parliament and Swearing in of new Class Representatives.
