New regulations on the state registration of medicinal products and medical devices in Uzbekistan will enter into force on February 26, 2026, pursuant to Resolution No. 738 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated November 24, 2025.

The updated rules introduce expanded documentation requirements, stricter translation standards, clear review timelines, and mandatory appointment of an Authorized Representative in Uzbekistan for foreign medical device manufacturers.
